Co-Pays

If your insurance plan requires a copay for your visit, please plan to pay that copay when you check in for your appointment. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express*. If you are having a preventive care visit and your insurance plan has a $0 copay, please be advised that we will not collect a copay at the time of your visit; however if some aspects of your visit go outside of the scope your insurance plan considers preventative you may receive a bill for the copay as well as co-insurance after your visit.

Billing Issues

All billing questions should be directed to the number on the invoice you receive. If there are questions beyond what the billing department can answer, they will reach out to us to resolve. For MAPS invoices you should call 617-499-5488; for Mt. Auburn Hospital (lab related) call 617-499-5090; for Reservoir Medical call Lomar at 800-321-3991 × 222. If you receive a voice mail, leave your telephone number and a good time to call back. They will reach back out to you.

* We do not accept AmEx for Reservoir Medical; only MAPS visits.
