MBTA “The Ride”
THE RIDE provides door-to-door paratransit service to eligible customers who cannot use public transit due to a physical, mental, or cognitive disability. THE RIDE operates from 6:00 AM to 1:00AM every day. Rides are scheduled in advance. The application process includes input from a health care professional and takes approximately one month to process. Human Services Department staff are available to assist with applications.
- Fare: $4.00 each way for ADA Territory trips and $5.00 each way for Premium Territory trips. NO tipping allowed.
